Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your Moniczka purchase we will gladly offer an exchange within 7 days of receipt.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging with all orignal labelling still attached.

Items are sold as new except where expressly indicated. We will not accept for return any items that are not as supplied, or that indicate that the item has been used.

All costs incurred returning the item must be met by the customer.

Please return items by recorded delivery as all goods are your resonsibility until returned to us.

If the item is faulty a repair, exchange or refund will be offered within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds of international custom duties and sales taxes are excluded on shipments outside the EU.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, therefore please send items by registered/signed for post and retain original proof of posting.
